Juli Dean
Director / Consultant
My foundation in the surrogacy industry is built on over a decade of professional experience. I began my career in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) in 1996 while a Business Operations Manager and ART Coordinator for a law firm which practices in adoption and infertility law. During that time, I managed the legal and financial aspects of hundreds of egg donation and surrogacy related cases working with couples and individuals from all over the world. In 2005 I was able to expand my knowledge and experience when I started A Center for Coastal Conceptions, an agency assisting couples and individuals with surrogacy and egg donation. While my focus has now shifted exclusively to surrogate parenting, my philosophy of quality, affordable services and personalized care have never changed.
For over thirteen years, helping people become parents through Surrogacy has been my passion. To witness the birth of child and know how this child has completely changed the life of his or her parents forever is amazing to be a part of; it’s seeing the whole miraculous story from beginning to a wonderful ending.
Juli Dean is a member of the ASRM (American Society for Reproductive Medicine), Resolve, AFA (American Fertility Association) and is a proud supporter of Fertile Hope and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
